Relations. We endeavour to visit all our clients which is extremely important. But we also visit our suppliers, the face of our services. We have to thoroughly understand each partners business, service levels and that their quality standards match our own. It's a huge job but something we feel is important.
Dynamic and Forward Thinking. We know it sounds cliche but we believe we are. Together we are an energetic bunch constantly discussing company wide ways to achieve the challenges set before us by our Customers. Communication. We come from a background where people used the phone. Incredible as it sounds, we're still using phones and actively promoting them. Talking and relationship building is the lifeblood of our company. Of course we incorporate the latest technology as well because it's not always necessary or required to talk, but communication by definition is essential.
