Originating from Japan came the concept of "Kaizen" - "kai" meaning change/make better and "zen" meaning good - in the west business adopted it as "continual improvement". This system involves every employee at every level, working together seeking constant improvements, step-by-step, little-by-little.
Upon closely studying ourselves and our business we saw we were already promoting such principles. Now we are taking it further and fully adopting the Kaizen approach as the standard for our company.
