Postdox Electronic Invoicing Trials Start
Jordon Freight is currently beginning trials of Postdox Electronic Invoicing in order to speed up receipt of supplier invoices and documentation.
Postdox Electronic Invoicing allows suppliers to send invoices electronically direct to our company where they will be automatically sorted and processed for payment on the next due run.
This will save postage and postal delays for our suppliers and ensures vital delivery notes are received quickly and safely so they can be forwarded to our clients.
At present the software works only with purchase invoices but we are hopeful that in the future we can integrate the sales side to make a fully 'through paperwork' system.
Suppliers will be contacted about Jordon Freights integration with Postdox following a hopefully succesful trial period.
