We’re delighted that Diana has been promoted from operations team leader, a role she enjoyed for three years to head of operations. Responsibilities in her new role include developing processes to further improve service levels, increase carrier standards and identify training requirements.
Jon Swallow says: “Diana is a great asset and we love having her on the team. Her background in customer service management and positive ‘can-do’ attitude makes her a natural when she’s dealing with colleagues in the office and when liaising with customers. She also played a key role in achieving our ISO 9001: 2015 accreditation earlier this year.”
Fluent in five languages and having studied business and logistics both in her country of Slovakia and here in the UK, Diana is delighted with her promotion.
She says: “It’s a tough role with huge expectations from very demanding customers, but I love it. I’m pretty fearless so I’m looking forward to the challenges the new role brings, as well as working with our great operations team”.
