Today, 6th August, Jordon Freight is officially 25 years old. We’d like to offer thanks to our brilliant staff for helping us celebrate Jordons 25 years.
Most of our customers know the story of how Jordon was formed in 1999 and we write about it on the Jordon website. For anyone new it was simply two young freight people desperate to provide an excellent service to their customers. In the end there was only one choice, build your own company. And Jordon Freight was formed.
It’s incredible how quickly the years have past. Looking back we have had some of the best staff you can ask for through our doors, creating memories of a liftetime. We have also built deep relationships with customers and suppliers. Through the ups and downs, of which there has been much, you learn a lot. You have to. As the world, business and people change, the company has to do the same. Remaining focused and positive is key.
One thing that remains consistent and underpins Jordon Freights success is its values. To have an environment that is supportive, friendly, accepting, ambitious, proactive, energetic, relaxed and of course fun. This is who we are.
And our customers and suppliers, many who we have been dealing with for many, many years, align with our values too.
From a fast moving European Road Freight environment, to building an in-house customs team and onto a sea and air freight team, our aim is clear. To turbocharge businesses supply chains, create value and take the pressure off you.
The future is exciting as we begin a new growth phase with a new and experienced leadership team taking the helm.
